RINCÓN DE LA SUBBÉTICA is a Hojiblanco single variety olive oil, ecologically grown. Blended with olives harvested by hand and beaten, and pressed the same day as harvesting. It is a complex, fruity oil with an intense flavour of green olives, with notes of recently mown hay and almonds. It has hints of fruit such as banana and apple and light notes of aromatic plants with hints of artichoke and tomato plans. On the tongue, it is sweet, with some bitterness and progressively spicy. It is an olive with a persistent flavour that will not go unnoticed by those tasting it.
