Molino de Leoncio Gómez

The extra virgin olive oil “MOLINO DE LEONCIO GÓMEZ” is obtained from the first extraction of specially selected olives of the Picuda, Hojiblanca and Picual varieties. These are blended using only mechanical methods, which preserve the taste, aroma and the characteristics of the olives from which they come. It is a lightly fruited oil from a green olive with mature notes. On the tongue, it is slightly bitter and spicy with an aftertaste of almonds.
