El Empiedro

EL EMPIEDRO is an extra virgin olive oil from the Picuda and Hojiblanca olive varieties, picked by mechanical means which does not affect the flavour in any way, preserving the taste, aroma and characteristics of the olive from which it comes. It is a dark green oil with subtle hints of new mown hay and fruity notes. On the tongue it starts slightly bitter and spicy with an aftertaste of almond.
