CLADIVM is made from a careful selection of the best olives, harvested with care at the optimum ripeness for each variety, and pressed on the day of harvest, giving the oil a nectar-like quality with an incredible register, faultless attributes and sensory qualities (taste and aroma). It is a single variety blend, either Hojiblanca or Picuda, with an intense flavour of green olives, with notes of apple, green almonds and hints of tomato. On the tongue it starts sweet, then bitter and finally spicy.
Suggestions for use: Recommended as a natural dressing, drizzled on bread for breakfast or fresh salads, or as an accompaniment for Serrano ham or cheeses. Also a delightful dressing for barbecued meats and fish.
